We have a complete segregated tool room that is equipped with latest tools and machines for processing the bearings and making sure they are manufactured as per the customer requirements.

We have latest Cage Welding Machines that enables us to manufacture wide range of products in various lengths and diameters with utmost precision. These machine are highly flexible in its operation and meets all the requirements of our customers within the stipulated time frame. These machine provides excellent finish for years of ultimate performance.

We have a seperate section for packing the products.The productss are carefully packed in different boxes and cartons.

Bearings and needle rollers are grinded on imported grinding machines. Cincinnati machines have been imported from USA. It gives excellent grinding performance in short time within 2 micron accuracy.

We have the latest heat treatment plants include rotary retort furnace and high frequency induction furnace to make high quality bearing and rollers.

We have one of the best designing facilities in the industry. Our design section is equipped with latest version of CAD/CAM, which are upgraded from time to time. In addition to that we also have a team of highly qualified and experienced design professionals, who are well versed with the latest design tools and techniques. They are very efficient in creating virtual 3D images with full accuracy as per the required specifications.
